What’s Concord Antique Faire?
An event where 65 or so vendors line the perimeters of Todos Santos Plaza to sell items from antiques, collectibles, one-of-a-kind treasure, to handmade arts & crafts.
Todos Santos Plaza, Downtown Concord. GPS address: 2151 Salvio Street, Concord, CA 94520.
3rd Sunday of each month, year-round.
Vendor booth rental is $75 per market date for a 12×12 space. Many vendors are able to park their cars directly behind their booths (spaces are limited). No admission for general public.
Where can I park?
As a vendor, you may be able to park directly behind your rented booth (spaces are limited and are available on first-come basis). Otherwise, there are 2 free parking lots across from the Plaza.
There is no refund; balance will be forwarded toward future faire. A $40 processing fee charged for cancellation 3 days prior to faire. Rental cost forfeited for “no show”.
If there is a rain-out and event is cancelled, then all booth rental fees will be credited toward next month market date.
Antiques should be 20 years or older. Arts & Crafts should be handmade by the artist selling at our faire, not BUY & SELL items. We will only allow a maximum of 10 arts & crafts vendors at each show.
Do I need a resale permit?
You do not need a resale permit if you will sell 3 or less times at our faire in a 12 months period; however, a permit is recommended. It’s free to obtain thru the Department of Board of Equalization. Visit www.boe.ca.gov for more info.
How to become a vendor?
To become a vendor at our faire, please click on “Contract”, complete, and mail in along with payment to address provided on the contract. Provide us with an email, fax number, or address so we can forward a copy of your contract.
